FUNDRAISER FOR CHaD
Fundraiser for CHaD
Graphic Design
I was recruited for pro-bono graphic design support that involved multiple phases. The event is an annual fundraiser sponsored by The Quechee Club to support the Child Advocacy Protection Program (CAPP) at the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. The sample presented here is the approved and executed "Save the Date" that was delivered via email. There was also an invite as well as a program booklet.
Role Highlights
- Designed look and feel of program logo "Hats Off to the Kids".
- Provided layout of content and delivered final for distribution.
- Produced final auction program and prepared for printing
FIDELITY INSTITUTIONAL
Fidelity Institutional
Multiple Projects
I worked for Fidelity on primarily the Institutional side for 11 years. My job roles changed over those years. I was hired in as a Web Designer at National Financial and ended as a Digital Content Manager at Fidelity Institutional Asset Management (FIAM) on a shared services team. Many different tools were used from in-house developed applications to outside vendors well as different tools and processes for different business partners.
Role Highlights
- Updated and maintained 26 websites including all Asset Management Intranet sites.
- Worked with CRM team and business unit (BUs) partners to help define list parameters for analytics.
- Posted weekly social media Twitter and LinkedIn content and tagged for analytic tracking.
- Subject matter expert for Qualtrics survey tool, managed vendor migration and new styles development as well as developed and implemented training.
- Functioned as a primary team contact for trading platform marketing materials with multiple BUs. Worked with design and server teams, built, tested, and transferred home pages to new look and feel as well as changed code on dozens of pages to reflect new name.
- Wrote and maintained 25 process documentation pieces. Provided cross-training for both BU partners and internal content teams.
- Created 34 Word docs for email creation templates (including a master spreadsheet) to share with BU partners resulting in standardization and efficiencies both for content team and BU partners.

CITRIX®
Citrix®
Financial Sector Web Demo
This was an online demo that featured the key components of the product along with video testimonials from top Citrix clients. This piece was developed in coordination with John Doucet Film and Video and Rider Studios. We produced seven versions for different business sectors within the company.

Boston University

Biology Department Website
The Biology Department came to me needing a complete overhaul of their existing site. Working with the Department Director, three senior professors and BU staff, we decided on a direction that would help sell the Department to prospective students and leave room for future functionality enhancements. The particular challenge with this site was the complexity of the overlapping 5 departments and 15 areas of research interest.

This is a web presence for a investigational diligence company for lawyers, investigators and business people (a licensed private detective agency).
I was supplied a print brochure and design was iterative to brand from there.

This DVD was produced with footage and project management supplied by Global Visions and Associates. The disk includes three videos (including one in French), a song (.mp3) and two brochures in .pdf format.
